Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed. – Keycard.
If we see the above message while generating the key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if the server IP and Port number of the Encoder is not changed.
- Make sure that Server IP and Port number are the same in eZee service, which we get from the hoteliers.
- These details should be provided by hoteliers or the Door lock Software Vendor.
- If they are not the same, then we will be able to see the above message while generating the key from the absolute software.
- We can also check once they give us the correct details, with SDK, and try connecting with the IP address given by the Hoteliers. If it is successful in SDK then we can add in eZee Services.
- We can restart the service and try generating the key again from eZee absolute software, it should be able to generate the card without any error.
The above solution should be able to resolve the concern with, the unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed. We should be able to get a success message if IP and port number are correct.
