How to Solve: Please follow below steps to resolve
Note: Wiru/wrd is running on server machine only and it must be restart from version 7 folder only
Screenshot 1: Right click on ezee Version 7 icon and go for open file location Screenshot 2: Give access to OTA Logs, OTA_logs, Wiru Logs (All 3 folders as per below)

How to Solve: Kindly follow below steps to active WIRU / WRD
Note: Wiru/wrd is running on server machine only and it must be restart from version 7 folder only
Screenshot 1: Close the software
Screenshot 2: Right click on ezee Version 7 icon and go for open file location
Screenshot 3: Find out eZee Wiru option and right click on it and go for run as administrator
Screenshot 4: Find out eZee WRD option and right click on it and go for run as administrator
Note: Kindly wait to come count as 0 then only minimize it
Screenshot 5: Here you can see that wiru/wrd pop up will be open
Note: Make sure that auto-start option will be marked for both to start it automatically
