How to create user in eZee Reservation/eZee Centrix?

We can create a new user from the system generated Admin user or from the user who has a right to edit/add user.

Refer Video to create/edit a user:

Refer the below-detailed steps.

1) Go to Username at the right top of the window.

2) Click on the User.

3) Click on a Button ADD NEW to create a new user.

4) Enter the Short Code of the User Ex: James Short Code we can put JM.

5) Enter the User Name which we want to set for a user.

6) Define a password for a User.

7) Enter the Digit which you want to show to the user of Credit Card, Ex: If you want a user can see the last 8 digits of the Credit then we have to 8 there if wants to show full credit card number then we have to put 16 there.

8) Select a user role of the user Ex: If we select a user an administrator the by default all the privileges are assigned to that user.

9) As selecting the user role the privileges will be assigned auto and if we want to add/remove the privileges then we can select/deselect the privileges.

10)   As selecting the user role the reports privileges will be assigned auto and if we want to add/remove the reports privileges then we can select/deselect the report privileges.

11) Click on the Save and the User will be created.

To create waiter/driver please refer below steps

Step-1: Switch to Back
(Path: Click on the user name >> Switch to Back)

Step-2: Go to Menu configuration >> Waiter >> Add Waiter
Click on the Add button (+) fill-up the waiter/driver details and select a particular role suitable for them.

Privilege required to perform this Operation:

1) Switch to back

2) Waiter.

How to add/edit user in eZee Frontdesk Configuration 7.0?

User Privilege:
Configuration Property >> Allow to Add user, Allow to edit user, Allow to delete user

How to access:
In order to Add new user, follow below steps:

Kindly find below information for user details

1. User Privacy: Enter user name, Add password of new user, Verify again same password, Enter code ( If you want to the user to login with a code)

2.Role settings: Select user role that define user privilege/ability role
Access Frontdesk: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee Front desk system
Access iReport: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee iReport Application.
Access HK: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee House Keeping Application.

3. Notification Settings: Add mobile no and email for notification like night audit report sms & email notification etc.

4. Other Settings: If the user is required to collect certain % of money before the guest check-in, enter the figure here otherwise live it as 0%.

Language: Select the Language, it is advisable to check the language chosen by other users and select the same for this new user. 

Right to Left Interface: When use is left handed and he want to change the software to left side, He can check mark this setting so it will show like below screenshot

Access to Accounting Interface When you are using accounting software i.e eZee Tally, eZee Autocount & if you have check mark this option then this user would be able to use accounting interface

5. Discount Settings: By default, the rental and flat discount amount is set to “-1”, which means the user can give any amount of discount. Change it to 0 or authorized the amount of discount that this User is allowed. Also, set the % discount this user is allowed.

How to add user in eZee POS Back Office 7.0?

Location:
eZee Back Office >> Configuration >> User Configuration >> User Operation >> New >> Add User Details >> Save.

Pre-requisite:
eZee POS BackOffice >> Configuration >> User Configuration >>  User Role
eZee POS BackOffice >> Configuration >> User Configuration >>  User Role Configuration

How to access:
In order to add a new user, follow the below steps:

Kindly find below information for user details

1. User Privacy – Enter a user name, Add password of a new user, Verify again the same password, Enter code ( If you want to the user to login with a code)

2. Role settings – Select user role that defines user privilege/ability role
Access POS: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee POS system.
Access iReport: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee iReport Application.
Access HK: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee House Keeping Application.

3. Maximum percent of discount a user can give- If the user is required to add a certain maximum % of discount.

4. Maximum amount of discount a user can give- If the user is required to add a certain maximum amount of discount.

5. Language – Select the Language, it is advisable to check the language chosen by other users and select the same for this new user.

7. Outlet- Checkmark the outlet which the user is going to access.

8. Store- Checkmark the store which the user is going to access.

9. Privilege- Checkmark the privilege which is to be given to the user.

10. Reports- Checkmark the reports which the user is going to access.

11. Discount Types- Checkmark the discount types which is to be given by the user.

12. Surcharge Type- Checkmark the surcharge type which is to be given by the user.

13. Table- Checkmark the table which the user is going to access.

14. Other Information-
Notification Settings –
Add mobile no and email for notification like night audit report SMS & email notification, etc.

Rate Setting- Select the default rate to be applied and the maximum number of reprints.
Cash drawer settings- Select the cash drawer which is to be used by the user.

How to add user role in eZee POS Back Office 7.0?

What is User Role?
We can create new user for eZee Burrp, need to define his user role for privileges. We have to enter new user role name and we have to select parent role from the drop down menu.

Privilege:
eZee Burrp Back Office >> Configuration >> User Operation >> User Role List >> Privilege

How to deactivate user from the burrp?

You can not remove the user but you can Inactive the User. Refer the screen shot for how to inactive user from user list.

eZee Burrp Backoffice >> User Operation >> Mark as “Inactive”.
