What is Release Date?
Release date is designed to release allocated rooms. For example, if you take a booking on the agreement that they will provide some % deposit amount before 7 days of arrivals then, will set release date on 7 days of arrivals.

And, when you receive payment you will enter in the system and system will keep that room allocated for that particular booking.

But, If they do NOT provide the fixed deposit amount, system ask you to release room with options like Cancel/ Extend release date or take deposit amount.
