How to room move for group reservation in eZee Absolute 2.0?

We can not move rooms for group reservation at one click, we need to perform room move one by one for all booking. This room move operation we can perform only at reservation mode once we perform guest check-in system not allow to move rooms.

but if there are future bookings or not check-in yet, there is a short process, that saves time.

How to Access: In order to perform a group room move in the eZee absolute PMS system please follow the below steps.

Location: eZee absolute PMS >> Reservations >> Switch to Group >> Click on the group Reservations >> Edit Reservation >> Room charges >> Group Info >> Select the rooms >> more >> unassign rooms

  1. Guests don’t like the room.
  2. The room has a maintenance problem.
  3. The hotel authority or Manager decided to upgrade the guest and offer him a better room.

How to Access: In order to perform room move operation please follow the below steps and video.

User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Access to Move Room.


Path: From Stay view click on room transaction >> More options >>Select Room Move

Room Tariff got changed when I have done room move in eZee Frontdesk 7.0

Problem:
I have changed room 102 to 1004 and room tariff got changed

How to Solve:
In order to room change with old room tariff, please follow below steps.

Location:
eZee Front desk >>  Edit Transaction / Room >>  More >> Rome Move

Change room move 1004 to 102 with apply new tariff option as old tariff will be apply again

Now move room from 102 to 1004 again but don’t select apply new tariff option

How to do room move for guest in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

What is Room Move?
Room Move means shift or move your guest to other room 

Location:
eZee Front desk >>  Edit Transaction / Room >>  More >> Rome Move

User Privilege:
General settings >> Allow to Change Room

How to Access:
In order to room move, please follow below steps

I have a reservation but cannot assign room though room/inventory available?

This happens normally when your rate type is not assigned to that room type.

How to Access: In order to assign rate type to that room please follow the below steps.

User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Configuration >> Access to Configuration Panel.

Login to eZee Absolute Front Office >>> Click on the Reservation for which you want to assign the room and check the rate type of that reservation.

Location: Now, login to eZee Absolute Configuration and go to Rate type list >>> Edit the same rate type of that reservation and check if the desired room type is assigned to that rate type.

Once this is done, then edit that reservation and assign the room.

User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Access to Move Room.

Path: From Stay view click on room transaction >> Select Room Move button
