User Privilege: Food & Beverages >> Reservation Operations >> Add Reservation , Edit Reservation , Void Reservation , No Show Reservation, Ability to Add Reservation on occupied Table
How to Access: Please follow below steps to reserve table

Path: Login into eZee Absolute Configuration >> Settings >> General >> Check In/Reservation Settings >> General >> Mandatory Information >> Checkmark options that needs to set as mandatory while walk-in or reservation >> Save.
The term Reservations lead to reserving a particular type of room for a particular guest for a given period of time whereas A ‘walk-in’ is a guest who walks in through the door seeking accommodation for the night without having made a reservation.
How to access: In order to Walk-In / New Reservation in the system refer to the below videos and steps.
Location: eZee Absolute front >> Front Office >> Walk In / New Reservation >> Enter the Booking details >> Reserve / Check In.
User Privileges: eZee Absolute Configuration >> User >> Edit User >> Privileges >> Reservation >> Add Reservation.
Screenshot 1: Front Office >> Front Office / New Reservation >> Quick Walkin/Reservation >> Fill detail like arrival/departure date, guest detail, room type, rate plan in Quick window and click on confirm button to add that reservation or walk-in guest in the system.
Screenshot 2: Click on the More Optin button as shown above screenshot to fill more guest detail and options as below screenshot and click on the Reserve button.
Note: When the arrival date is the same as your system working date then only you can view the Check-in button and for future arrival date selection you can view the Reserve button.
