How to mark no show / cancelled / void reservations and active again in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?


How to Access:

We can only reactivate No Show & Cancelled reservations. Voided Reservation cannot be activate again.

How to add complimentary room in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

What is Complimentary room?
Complimentary room mean you don’t have to pay rooms rent and give to guest free of cost their services.

eZee Front Desk >> Front Office >>  Walk-in / Reservation / New Booking

User Privilege:
General Settings >> Allow to Give Complementary Rates

How to enable email notification in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

What is Email Notification?
Email Notifications alert for guest on user operations like Check in/Reservation/Checkout 

eZee FrontDesk Configuration >> Advance Settings >> Notification >> Email 

eZee FrontDesk Configuration >> Advance Settings  >> Miscellaneous >> Letter Template

Note: Guest will get email voucher on email that added in General information 

How to Access: Make sure, you have email account configured correctly  in order to send an email.
1. You need email notification license to activate notification
2. When you take any reservation, it is compulsory to add email address for email notification
3. Test email should be gone successfully

If you find out reservation mail settings grayed out, turn notification off and check

Note: Hotel users will get this email notification, check on attachment to get folio

How to import third party future Reservation/Booking in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

Kindly open link in browser and download below tools:

You need to fill booking structure which has .CSV format to import future reservation / bookings.

We must need below to import file:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Room
  • Room Type
  • Arrival
  • Departure
  • Room Revenue for stay
  • Total Revenue for stay

Following points needs be considered while importing reservation.

  • Date format should be DD-MM-YYYY
  • Booking should not be duplicated

After filling Booking structure  Please refer screenshot for detail instruction.
