How to Access:
We can only reactivate/ undo No Show & Cancelled reservations. Voided Reservation cannot be activate again.

What is Complimentary room?
Complimentary room mean you don’t have to pay rooms rent and give to guest free of cost their services.

What is Email Notification?
Email Notifications alert for guest on user operations like Check in/Reservation/Checkout
eZee FrontDesk Configuration >> Advance Settings >> Notification >> Email
eZee FrontDesk Configuration >> Advance Settings >> Miscellaneous >> Letter Template
Note: Guest will get email voucher on email that added in General information
How to Access: Make sure, you have email account configured correctly in order to send an email ( Link: https://help.ezeetechnosys.com/how-to-configure-gmail-email-configuration-in-ezee-frontdesk-7-0/ )
1. You need email notification license to activate notification
2. When you take any reservation, it is compulsory to add email address for email notification
3. Test email should be gone successfully

If you find out reservation mail settings grayed out, turn notification off and check

You need to fill booking structure which has .CSV format to import future reservation / bookings.
We must need below to import file:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Room Type
- Room Revenue for stay
- Total Revenue for stay
Following points needs be considered while importing reservation.
- Date format should be DD-MM-YYYY
- Booking should not be duplicated
After filling Booking structure Please refer screenshot for detail instruction.
Run the attached reservation importing tool in eZee Folder

Moreover, the numbering of Receipt, Guest Invoice, Work Order, Incidental Invoice can also be changed.
Path: Login into eZee Absolute Configuration >> Settings >> General >> Document Numbering >> Set numbering >> Save.
Path: Login into eZee Absolute Configuration >> Settings >> General >> Check In/Reservation Settings >> General >> Mandatory Information >> Checkmark options that needs to set as mandatory while walk-in or reservation >> Save.
The term Reservations lead to reserving a particular type of room for a particular guest for a given period of time whereas A ‘walk-in’ is a guest who walks in through the door seeking accommodation for the night without having made a reservation.
How to access: In order to Walk-In / New Reservation in the system refer to the below videos and steps.
Location: eZee Absolute front >> Front Office >> Walk In / New Reservation >> Enter the Booking details >> Reserve / Check In.
User Privileges: eZee Absolute Configuration >> User >> Edit User >> Privileges >> Reservation >> Add Reservation.
Path: eZee Absolute Frontoffice >> Walk-In / Reservation.
Screenshot 1: Front Office >> Front Office / New Reservation >> Quick Walkin/Reservation >> Fill detail like arrival/departure date, guest detail, room type, rate plan in Quick window and click on confirm button to add that reservation or walk-in guest in the system.

Note: When the arrival date is the same as your system working date then only you can view the Check-in button and for future arrival date selection you can view the Reserve button.
