Why am I getting a message that the user is currently performing a manual night audit eZee Absolute 2.0?

A system shows this message for the below reasons:

1) If two users try to perform the night audit from a different system
2) Your Night audit screen is open and another user tries to execute the same process.

3) If the night audit is set as automatic and during that time you will get the message that the Auto night audit in progress manual is not allowed when a user tries to execute the manual night audit, but this lock can be removed only by an admin or a Helpdesksupport from eZee.

How to Access: In order to remove the lock please follow the below steps :



Step: 1 ≡ (three lines) >> Net Locks



Step: 2 Checkmark on the night audit lock process and unlock to remove the lock.

Why do I get a message of room in use / Locked by some user when I try to edit transaction open transaction ( Net Lock ) in eZee Absolute 2.0?

A system shows this message for the below reasons:

1) If two users try to open/work on the same transaction/room at the same time.
2) Your transaction/room is open and you directly close the browser/Tab.

How to Access: In order to remove the net lock please follow the below steps and video:

Location: Click on ≡ (three lines) >> Net Locks.

Once you click on Net Locks, you will find the below. Just select the room/transaction and click on Unlock.

Alert, another user on network has open this receipt (Transaction Lock) in eZee Burrp 7.0

Problem: I can not settled down receipt / KOT

How to Solve:
It is happened when same receipt is opened by another user from other machine. So receipt got locked.

Location:
eZee Burrp >> Settings >> Transaction Lock

User Privilege:
Property Information >> User Management  >> Delete System Netlock
