Is it Possible to Reactivate/Undo Reservation which are Marked as No Show/Cancelled/Void in eZee Frontdesk?

Problem:
How to Access:

We can only reactivate/ undo  No Show & Cancelled reservations. Voided Reservation cannot be activate again.

How to mark Maintenance Block (Out of Order Rooms) in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

What is Out of Order?
Out of Order / Out of Service. Basically, the steps for setting a room Out of Orderand Out of Service are the same, but the reasons are quite different: Out of Order(OOO) is typically used when a room is being renovated, undergoing repairs, or cannot be used.

Location:
eZee Front desk  >>  Front Office >> Out of Order >> Mark

User Privilege:
General settings >> Allow to use O/O Operation

How to Access:
In order to mark rooms in out of order for a specific date range, please follow below steps
