How to clear past date inventory log (WIRU) in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

Problem:

How to Solve:
Open WIRU_Log folder in application folder.  Open current date log file.

Suppose FD working date is 27-Aug-2018, so in this folder WIRU_Log_20180827.txt was generated.
in that file Search for word “inventory not updated due to dates passed.” 
 
If you found this caption in that file then download tool using below link.
 
1. STOP eZeeWIRU.exe.
2. Put this tool  in application folder on server machine and run it.  
3. Then start eZeeWIRU.exe
4. Check WIRU pushing inventory or not.
If you are still not facing issue, please contact live support.

How to update current stock in eZee Burrp Backoffice 7.0?

Location:
Store >> Item Configuration >> Cost and Stock 

How to Access:
Kindly follow below are the steps to follow.

How to add Inventory Consumption (BOM) for menu item in eZee Burrp Backoffice 7.0?

What is Inventory Consumption (BOM)?
We are setting the bill of material (BOM) for each item to managing inventory consumption. Example, Sell a sandwich from POS so we will add sandwich’s ingredients BOM in inventory consumption from the store.

eZee Burrp Backoffice  >> Outlet >> Item Configuration >> Menu Item >> Price and BOM >> Inventory Consumption >> Bill of Material

Pre-requisite:
eZee Burrp Backoffice  >> Outlet >> Item Configuration >> Store Item

How to access:
Please refer below screenshots for configuration
There are 2 options by which you can add Inventory Consumption (BOM) for menu item:
1. Manually
2. Export/Import Inventory

Note: Store Inventory will be deducted as menu items are punched in POS.

How to update room inventory to channel manager from eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

Location:
eZee Front desk >>  Back Office >> Web Update >> Room Info (tab)

How to Access:
Kindly close wiru/wrd tool before inventory push. Please find the below steps and screenshot for updating inventory from eZee Frontdesk:

Choose the dates filter and click on ” Get Details ” button to get room type wise inventory. Please select all Rate type and save itRestart wiru/wrd tool after inventory push.

How to add virtual room in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

What is Virtual Room?
Virtual Room that does not physically exist but made by software to appear. The room will not be available for sale, we can use it for hotel staff use.

Example:
John is going to checkout from Room 101 with luggage and Robin is willing to check-in on same room at the same time .

John is facing payment issue so check out is not possible without ZERO balance 
Here, we can shift John into the virtual room and Mark can check-in into the actual room.

Note: Virtual Room is counted as one room from your purchased room license.

Location:
eZee Frontdesk Configuration >> Property Setup >> Room Operation >> New/Edit Room >> Tick Mark Virtual Room

How to access:
Follow below settings to configure virtual room:

Virtual room will not be counted in my actual inventory or room sales with below settings

Items are getting failed by Importing Inventory items through Excel (CSV)?

One need to care about couple of things while importing inventory by excel.
1) Must have all the store items and menu items already created in the software. (If any new items are added in the file would not get added).
2) Unit of Menu Items AND unit of Store item, which are already assigned to particular item(s) MUST be the same. (Unit name should be same).
3) Name of menu item name and store item name should be similar, single space can cause a problem.
