eZee Frontdesk provides detailed guest database including guest’s booking History. Guest Database contains important contact details & complete overview about Guest. Guest’s booking history& last offered tariff can be viewed from guest history.
Location: eZee Frontdesk >> Front Office >> Guest Database >> Select Guest >> Edit >> View History
Yes! eZee Absolute does have a feature to manage Guest Database.
Guest Database: eZee Absolute kept all guest information in the Guest database. We can add guest information in the guest database manually as well as when we received an online booking and made a manual reservation in the system, the system saves that guest information in that Guest database.
From the guest database, we can take a record of the guest, If we export the database we can see all guest information in Excel sheet.
