How to add complimentary room in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

What is Complimentary room?
Complimentary room mean you don’t have to pay rooms rent and give to guest free of cost their services.

Location:
eZee Front Desk >> Front Office >>  Walk-in / Reservation / New Booking

User Privilege:
General Settings >> Allow to Give Complementary Rates

What is Group Booking (book multiple rooms) in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

What is Group Booking?
Group Booking is  booking more than one room for a group of people at a time. Unconfirmed booking does not affect inventory. This allows overbooking then your actual  room inventory.

Location:
eZee Front Desk >> Front Office >>  New Booking

User Privilege:
Reservation/Booking >> Add Booking

How to access:
Select new booking and fill the requirement. Once you complete step by step booking process, it generates booking number. You can assign rooms to this booking transaction when required. Please refer below screenshots for more details:

Problem:
-1: Conversion from string to type Boolean is not valid. [MergeCode-MailMerge] while sending group voucher via email in Group booking so perform below steps.

1) Close eZee on all machine except server machine.

2) Take DB back up from Server machine and close eZee on server machine

3) Keep tool Datadoctor_20171207 in application folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\eZee\eZee FrontDesk NextGen) which is attached below.

4) Start eZee Front Desk and check again.
