User Privilege:
eZee Front desk Configuration >> Configuration  >> Select User >> Edit >> >> Operational Privilege >> check In/Out >> Allow Undo CheckIn

How to Access:
Must follow below clause,
1. Allow to do  undo check-in for reservation / Booking. Can’t possible for walk-in.
2. Undo check-in should have been done on same day. Not allowed after night audit.
3. The user should have the privilege to Undo check-in.

If the above points are matched the condition then follow below steps to do undo the check-in.

What is database authorization process in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

The database authorization process is provided to control services of some modules in testing mode when we restore client backup on our software.

Database Authorization process locks database from activating certain sensitive operation. This is to ensure, these operations are not performed accidentally during database testing.

It is one time process, Once you press authorized its clear lock from database and retrieve those setting back which you tick and other will clear for new configuration. Facing below authorization error while opening eZee Frontdesk

How to add/edit user in eZee Frontdesk Configuration 7.0?

User Privilege:
Configuration Property >> Allow to Add user, Allow to edit user, Allow to delete user

How to access:
In order to Add new user, follow below steps:

Kindly find below information for user details

1. User Privacy: Enter user name, Add password of new user, Verify again same password, Enter code ( If you want to the user to login with a code)

2.Role settings: Select user role that define user privilege/ability role
Access Frontdesk: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee Front desk system
Access iReport: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee iReport Application.
Access HK: When you check mark this option, It will allow this user to access eZee House Keeping Application.

3. Notification Settings: Add mobile no and email for notification like night audit report sms & email notification etc.

4. Other Settings: If the user is required to collect certain % of money before the guest check-in, enter the figure here otherwise live it as 0%.

Language: Select the Language, it is advisable to check the language chosen by other users and select the same for this new user. 

Right to Left Interface: When use is left handed and he want to change the software to left side, He can check mark this setting so it will show like below screenshot

Access to Accounting Interface When you are using accounting software i.e eZee Tally, eZee Autocount & if you have check mark this option then this user would be able to use accounting interface

5. Discount Settings: By default, the rental and flat discount amount is set to “-1”, which means the user can give any amount of discount. Change it to 0 or authorized the amount of discount that this User is allowed. Also, set the % discount this user is allowed.

How to define seasons & seasons rate in eZee Frontdesk Configuration 7.0?

Many times property offer different rates during different seasons like Peak Season, Low Season, Festivals etc. Here you can define all such seasons and further define seasons rates as per applicable wef.

eZee Front Desk Configuration >> Property Setup >> Seasons

How to access:
Here you can define seasons type(if applicable), seasons name, season period (From what date the Season Starts and on which date it may end)

Duration: Here you have to define your season start/applicable date & end date. If you want your season to start and end between specific date ranges, use this setting. If ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ is not specified, season will be applicable for all years.

Here you can define room tariff according to season duration. eZee Front Desk will use this rate automatically for all ‘Check In’ and ‘Reservations’

How to set auto schedule database backup in eZee Frontdesk 7.0?

Auto backup is the process of saving eZee Database backup by which your path of the backup will be set one time and on that path, the backup will be saved daily basis automatically on the time which you have set.

Schedule Backup Task will help you to schedule a backup task so that on defined time in this scheduled task database backup will be performed and saved automatically.
