Message: Selected KOT is already in use in eZee Burrp 7.0?

Why you get ‘Selected KOT is already in use’, message on voiding KOT?
You have created a receipt of this KOT. So if the receipt generated of that particular KOT is not voided and before voiding the receipt you are voiding the KOT then you will get the above-mentioned message.

eZee Burrp >> Transaction >> KOT

Screenshot 2: To void the receipt we need to search the receipt number for the particular KOT.
Go to: eZee Burrp BackOffice >> Report view >> Transaction Report >> Receipt VS KOT >> enter the KOT number >> Fetch the report >> In the report you will get the receipt number for the particular KOT number.

Error: Sorry, You cannot perform check in process. Reason: This room is in suspense status

Other solution:
A guest, in this previous date’s room is yet not checked out and the room is in Due Out stage.
Solution: Go to past date and search the due out  transaction, checkout the guest and then, will be able to take new reservation/check-in, in the same room.

Follow Windows Start >> Search >> Services >> Enter

Step 1: Check the version of below-highlighted files.
eZeeODC.dll
eZeeODCReport.Designer.dll
Step 2: Rename the eZeeODC.dll, eZeeODCReport.Designer.dll to old_eZeeODC.dll, old_eZeeODCReport.Designer.dll
Step 3: Run the Delete Version Tool
Step 4: Run the same SP which client is using
