Once the guest departed from the hotel it’s required to perform checkout operation in the PMS system as well. Before performing checkout operation it’s required to update balance with 0.
How to Access: In order to check out a room, please follow the below steps and video.
Location: eZee absolute PMS stay view >> click on Transaction >> check-out button.
User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Access to check out guest.
1. Check-out from the Stay View.
Click on >> Click on Transaction which you want to check-out. Refer the screenshot provided below :
2. Check Out from the Quick Search.
Location: eZee absolute PMS stay view >> click on search icon >> search the guest details in search box >> click on that guest >> check-out button.
Click on the Quick Search button from the pane. Refer the screenshot provide Below :
3. Check Out from Edit Transaction.
Location: eZee absolute PMS stay view >> Edit transaction >> check-out button.
click on Edit Transaction >> Scroll down and find the Check Out button. Refer the screenshot provided below :
4. Check Out from Departure List.
Location: Click on Front Office >> Departure List >> Click on Reservation >> Check Out

Note: When the system does not allow the viewing checkout button it’s required to check the working date is same as the guest departure date and also it’s required to check folio balance updated with 0.
Report: Select Guest Checked Out from the Report tab under Front Office Report.
