How to change/extend a stay for guest in eZee Frontdesk?

Location:
eZee Front desk >>  Dashboard >>  Views / Open Room

User Privilege:
General Settings >> Allow to Extend Stay, Ability to reduce stay, Reduce Stay below today dates

How to Solve:
Please follow below steps in order to extend stay with all views

How to Amend stay for Group Booking? / How to change dates for all Group booking at a time in eZee Absolute?

Group Booking is booking more than one room for a group of people at a time. Due to some circumstances when the hotelier received a request to make a change in arrival or departure dates for the whole group so that is required to update in the system as well that is done with few clicks.

How to Access: In order to perform amend group reservations in the eZee absolute PMS system please follow the below steps and video.

Location: eZee absolute PMS >> Group >> Group reservation >> Edit Group

How to Amend Stay for Single Booking? / Is it possible to guest amend stay in Ezee Absolute?

Yes, It is possible to amend the guest’s stay.

How to Access: In order to Amend the stay of guest please follow the below steps and video:

User Privilege: There is no privilege if you want to amend the stay for created reservation on PMS or booking made from booking engine but if you want to amend any reservation from OTA then this right is required eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Modify OTA Booking Restriction [Amend Stay]

Path: Click on the guest transaction >> select Amend stay operation.

Path: Login with eZee Absolute Front >> Front Office >> Reservation List
From this reservation list, click on the right side arrow button and select amend stay.
