How to take a walk-in / Reservation in a room in eZee Absolute?

The term “Reservations” refers to the process of reserving a particular type of room for a specific guest for a given period. On the other hand, a ‘Walk-in‘ is a guest who arrives at the accommodation without having made a prior reservation, seeking accommodation for the night.

How to access: In order to Walk-In / New Reservation in the system refer to the below videos and steps.

Location: eZee Absolute front  >> Front Office >>  Walk In / New Reservation >> Enter the Booking details  >> Reserve / Check In.

User Privileges:  eZee Absolute Configuration >>  User >>  Edit User  >>  Privileges >> Reservation  >> Add Reservation.

Path: eZee Absolute Frontoffice >> Walk-In / Reservation.

Screenshot 1: Front Office >> Click on “Add Reservation” icon >> Quick Reservation >> Fill detail like arrival/departure date, guest detail, room type, rate plan in Quick window and click on confirm button to add that reservation or walk-in guest in the system.

Screenshot 2: Click on the More Optin button as shown above screenshot to fill in more guest detail and options as below screenshot and click on the Reserve button.

Note: When the arrival date is the same as your system working date then only you can view the Check-in button and for future arrival date selection you can view the Reserve button.

How to Add Manual Reservation from new extranet eZee Centrix / Rise?

Please refer below Video and steps with information to add manual Reservation from eZee Centrix / Rise.



1. Please refer below screenshot, you have to click on the Icon Add Reservation.

2. Once you will click on the Button select the Booking Source, Travel Agent, Business Source and Booking type.

3. Then select the check-in and check-out date

4. Then select the room type, Rate Plan and the rooms for how may room do you want to book for this Booking.

5. If you need to add more room you can mention no of room, and their adult and child count.

6. If Booking has the Extra Charges then you can select the Extra charges from the Extras.

7. You have to fill the Guest details here, If the guest is returning guest then you can check the Option as returning guest then you can search the guest details, Refer below screen-shot.

8.  Add Payment if they have paid you deposit, If you have the Credit card details of the guest you can add it from the cc details option.

9. You can select the Billing Reference (Bill to Guest, Company, Group Owner, Room and Tax to company,Extra to guest) of the guest.

10. If you collect the amount from the guest then also you can add the payment at the time of making reservation.

11. You can add the Remark.

12. If you want to send the Booking Voucher along with confirmation email then enable the option and enter the email id in the below Text Box.

13. Click on Save so you manual reservation will be done and it is showing in system.
