If we see the above message while generating a key from eZee absolute, the concern is with the encoder IP address and Port number which must have been changed. The above message can be in any language based on the country’s language if other as below. 

1. Make sure that Server IP and Port number are the same in eZee service, which we get from the hoteliers.

2. These details should be provided by hoteliers or the Door lock Software Vendor.

3. If they are not the same, then we will be able to see the above message while generating the key from the absolute software.

4. We can also check once they give us the correct details, with SDK, and try connecting with the IP address given by the Hoteliers. If it is successful in SDK then we can add in eZee Services.

5. We can restart the service and try generating the key again from eZee absolute software, it should be able to generate the card without any error.
