How to send a booking cancellation email in eZee Absolute?
In eZee Absolute if you cancel any booking there are 2 ways to send cancellation email, one is automated which send an email after cancellation is done, and another is Manually in which you need to send manually from that booking.
How to Access: In order to send a booking cancellation email please follow the below steps.
To enable Automated cancellation email: Goto Configuration >> Setting >> General >> Print and Email setting >> Email Option >> enable Email for Reservation Cancelled and select template Email to Guest/Booker on a Reservation Cancellation
To send manually from the booking: Please refer to the steps shown in the video
