Once the guest arrives at the hotel, the front desk agent creates a guest registration card in order to collect important guest information which is required to sign from the guest. Once guest check-In to a hotel, the hotelier prints GR Card for guest reference, Below are the steps on how to Print GR Card for Multiple / Single Guest who arrived.
How to Access: In order to print Single or Multiple GR card please follow the below steps.
Location: eZee absolute PMS >> Front Office >> Arrival List.
Screenshot 1: eZee absolute PMS >> Front Office >> Arrival list >> Select single reservation or multiple for which you want to print Guest Registration Card.
To Print GR card for any single booking then select that reservation from this above arrival list and click on Print Guest Registration Card button as per the above screenshot.
Location: eZee absolute PMS stay view >> Edit transaction

To print GR Card for all shares at the same time.
