How to print or send receipt in eZee Absolute?

The receipt confirms that the payment has been received and gives the basics of the sale. So hoteliers generated receipt again received payment and provided to guests in the form of email or print that receipt.

How to Access: In order to print / email receipt please follow the below steps.

Location: eZee absolute PMS stay view >> Edit Transaction >> Folio Detail >> Click on drop down arrow beside payment.

Print Receipt

Edit Transaction >> Folio Details >> Select the Folio >> Click on transaction (Payment collected from guest) >>Print Receipt.

Send Receipt

Edit Transaction >> Folio Details >> Select the Folio >> Click on transaction (Payment collected from guest) >> Send Receipt to guest*.

*This will only work if the guest email address is added in the guest profile. Please refer to the screenshot to add or view the email address.
