When a guest has a reservation and does not arrive at the hotel then the hotelier can mark that guest reservation as “No Show”
How to Access: In order to mark No Show any Reservation please follow the below steps.
User Privilege: eZee Absolute >> Go to Configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Reservation >> Mark No Show.
Location: I. From Stay View (If today is Arrival Date)
1. Right-click on a reservation -> Click on “No Show” reservation
2. Add No Show Fee if applicable
3. Select reason for No Show
Screenshot 1: Click on that today’s arrival guest from stay view >> click on Mark no show icon as per shown below screenshot.
Screenshot 2: Apply No show charges if it’s applicable else add a reason for no show and click on Save button.
II. From Reservation List
Location: eZee absolute Front Office >> Reservation list
Screenshot: From Reservation, list Select that guest transaction and follow the below screenshot steps.
Report: Select No Show Reservation from the Report tab under Reservation Report.
