How to add an user in eZee Optimus?
What is a POS User?
POS User is operating activity on pos. they are like Administrator, General Manager, Back office Manager, Executive, Night Auditor, Cashier etc.
Location:
eZee Optimus >> Switch to Back>> Settings >> User
Prerequisite:
eZee Optimus >> Switch to Back>> Settings >> User Role
Must Privilege >> Access to Front Office(Web) , Device(Desktop), App Device(Mobile)
How to access:
In order to add a new user, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Define user role and user common privileges & reports
Must Privilege >> Access to Front Office(Web), Device(Desktop), App Device(Mobile)
Step 2: Define Display name, user name and passwordName: Display Name
User name: User Login user name (Need min. 5 characters)
Password: User Password (Need min. 8 characters)
PIN: 4 Digit user code to log in
Note: You need to first-time login with username & password to enable PIN login and also enable the PIN setting
Language: Display language
Step 3: Privilege & outlet selection is compulsoryManage Operations by Shift: Enable shift
Default Operation: Access to order types like dine-in, delivery
User Role: User type like cashier, Manager Must select
Privilege Tab: Select user privilege
Must Privilege >> Access to Front Office(Web) , Device(Desktop), App Device(Mobile)
Reports Tab: Report Access
Outlet tab: Assign the outlets Must select one outlet
Discount tab: Discount Access
Personal Information: Add address, City, State, Zip code, Country, Mobile no., email ID(Mandatory, As it helps in resetting your password), and Identity type followed by identity no.
Other Information: Item >> Display alternate item name
Step 4: Link for login >> https://app.ipos247.com/app/cloudPOS/#!/login/
