How to activate a Travel Agent in eZee Absolute?

A travel agent is a person whose job is to book rooms for end clients (individuals, groups, corporations) on behalf of hotels. The hotelier would be getting bookings from offline/online Travel Agents, So it is required to add that Travel agent in the eZee database.

User Privilege: eZee configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Add Travel Agent / Edit Travel Agent.

How to Access: In order to create/edit a travel agent please follow the below steps.

From: eZee Absolute PMS

Location: eZee Absolute Front >> click on three lines (≡) >> Cashiering >> Travel Agent Database >> Add OR edit that particular Travel Agent.

Inventory Mode
Regular: If the inventory is managed from PMS
Allocated: If the inventory is managed from the Channel Manager

Rate Mode
Regular: If the rate needs to be the same as of PMS
Allocated: If the rate needs to be the same as of the Channel Manager
Special: If the rate needs to be managed separately from PMS Configuration
Nonlinear: If the rate needs to manage as nonlinear

From: eZee Reservation (old extranet)

Location: eZee Reservation (old extranet) >> Master >> Travel Agent >> Add OR edit that particular Travel Agent.
