Some times it’s required to change room type with several reasons like a guest request to upgrade his booking with higher category room type, Due to maintenance work, it’s required to allocate different room type instead of booked room type.
How to Access: In order to perform change reservation room type operation please follow the below steps and video.
Location: eZee absolute PMS Front Office >> Reservation list >> Select Room Move.
User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Assign Room & Unassign Room.

Note: If a room is already assigned then you can first Unassign Room and then click on the assign room to change the room type.
