How can Hotels communicate with their Booking.com guests using our channel manager?

Guest engagement is one of the important aspects of hotels. It is equally important to engage with the guests when they reach out to hotels with their requests. Our hotels were finding it difficult to go on Booking.com and check the recent messages from their guests and reply to them.

With this enhancement, we bring in the way by which our hotels will be easily able to see the messages sent by their booking.com guests and will be able to communicate with them as well from our channel manager itself.

This will help them promptly reply to requests coming in from their booking.com guests and even help them create better guest experiences.
