How to edit or change guest profile in group booking for one room in Ezee Absolute?

Yes, It is possible to edit/change one guest name for group bookings.

How to Access: In order to edit/change the guest profile in a group booking for one room please follow the below steps and video.

Location: eZee absolute PMS  >> Group >>  Group Reservation

User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Front Office >> Change Guest Profile.

Screenshot 1 : eZee absolute PMS >> Group >> Group reservation >> Select the edit group

Screenshot 2 : Room Information tab >> Select Add Guest Profile as per provided below screenshot.

Screenshot 3 : Add Guest detail and click on Save Button.

Screenshot 4 : As soon as you click on the Save button that Folio Guest’s name is changed with a new one refer below screenshot.
