How to refund to guest in eZee Frontdesk 7.0? or Error: Sorry you cannot checkout this guest. Reason: Balance amount is not zero.


How to Solve:
Here we have to refund amount to guest as extra amount taken by mistake. To refund amount, follow below steps:

eZee Frontdesk >> Edit Transaction / Room >> Payment Details >> Refund

User Privilege:
Payment >> Ability to refund
