25. General Error: 1 CardDataStr Invalid – Keycard

If we see the above message while generating a key from eZee absolute, the concern is with the Keycard, which is not able to read and write the card with Encoder.

  1. To make it confirm, we can ask hoteliers to place card on the encoder and generate the card from Door Lock Software ProUSB.
  1. We need to ask client to check if they are having any spare cards which they can place on the encoder and try generating the card.
  1. The concern is related to the Door Lock Card, which is having any error in reading and writing the card.
